Because our employees work for us full-time, they won’t be out looking for their next job as you begin to move in. Instead they’ll be there to make sure move-in runs smoothly and that everything works properly. We’ll even be there 10 months after move-in to do the one-year warranty inspections.
Services Provided
- Scheduling and coordination of start-up procedures for all involved staff.
- Assistance during move-in so everything goes as smoothly as possible.
- Organization of maintenance manuals and equipment information to assist in the start-up of maintenance and procedures.
- Resolution of building problems as quickly and painlessly as possible.
- Final payment of contractor retainages only after all contract requirements are met.
- Communication of the final project accounting and project closeout.
- One-year warranty inspection and management of contractors who must perform warranty work.
